- Fares (C Fare) are fixed regardless of time of booking. This allows proper budgeting and planning process for all your corporate duty travel.
- Flexibility to make booking online.
- Unlimited online complimentary changes (flight date or flight time).
- Standby for earlier flights before expiry of the booked flights.
- Ability to manage and monitor your booking records online under your Corporate Login ID.
How to book
Bookings can be made via Corporate Log-In through Firefly’s Website at no later than two (2) hours before departure.
Payment
Immediate payment after booking by credit card or deposit account with Firefly
Confirmation
Immediate confirmation after payment.
Changes & refunds
- Change requests are allowed at no later than two (2) hours before departure.
- Date/Time change can be made directly online.
- For name change, please contact our groupdesk and fax in a photocopy of the new passenger IC with company stamp.
- Change fee applies; please refer to Fee Schedule for details.
- Cancellation is not permitted. Once booking is confirmed, no refund is allowed.
